Vice President of Customer Success
With more than twenty years in customer care, Amy has enjoyed numerous roles focused on helping customers get off to a great start and to derive value out of their investment as quickly as possible. She’s led training content development teams, created hundreds of how-to videos, and led top-notch implementation and customer success teams.
Before joining OpenScholar, she was Vice President of Customer Success at Brainshark, a Bigtincan Company, and prior to that she worked for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
Amy has an M.S. in Training and Development from the Lesley College School of Management and a B.A. in Speech Communications from Bridgewater State University. In her spare time she spends time with her family, spins, takes long walks with her dog, reads, practices yoga, and knits. She also loves to study personal development and completed coaching certifications in nutrition and personal finance.
